Your privacy is our priority. NONET is designed to provide a completely private experience. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. The app operates entirely offline and processes all data locally on your device.
- Data Collection andUsage
- We do not collect any personal information.
- We do not use servers, analytics tracking, or third-party advertising SDKs.
- All data related to your app usage, blocking schedules, and NFC tags remains 100% on your device.
Apple Screen Time API (Device Activity & Family Controls)
Our app uses Apple’s Screen Time API to provide app blocking functionality.
- How it works: You select apps to block within the system picker. Our app receives an opaque token representing those apps in order to enforce restrictions.
- Privacy: We cannot see which specific apps or websites you have selected. We do not know which apps you use, how long you use them, or your web browsing history. All restriction logic is handled by the iOS system.
NFC (Near Field Communication)
Our app uses NFC to lock and unlock your sessions.
- Usage: When you scan an NFC tag, the app reads the tag’s identifier to verify that it matches your configured “key.”
- Privacy: This data is processed instantly on-device. We do not track the location of scans or store NFC data off your device.
- Data Storage
All settings and preferences (for example, your “Locked” status, timer duration, and configuration) are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and secure App Groups. This allows our main app and blocking extension to communicate without any data ever leaving your phone.
- Third-Party Sharing
Since we do not collect any data, we have no data to share with third parties.
We do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.
- Children’s Privacy
Our app does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or from any user), as it does not collect any data at all. The app is safe for use by users of all ages.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app (for example, via release notes or in-app notices).

La tua privacy è la nostra priorità. Nonet è progettata per offrire un’esperienza completamente privata. Non raccogliamo, non memorizziamo e non condividiamo i tuoi dati personali. L’app funziona interamente offline ed elabora tutti i dati localmente sul tuo dispositivo.

- Non raccogliamo alcuna informazione personale.
- Non utilizziamo server, sistemi di tracciamento analitico o SDK di terze parti per la pubblicità.
- Tutti i dati relativi all’utilizzo dell’app, alle pianificazioni di blocco e ai tag NFC rimangono al 100% sul tuo dispositivo.
API Tempo di utilizzo Apple (Device Activity & Family Controls)
La nostra app utilizza le API Tempo di utilizzo di Apple per fornire la funzionalità di blocco delle app.
- Come funziona: Selezioni le app da bloccare tramite il selettore di sistema. La nostra app riceve un token opaco che rappresenta tali app e lo utilizza per applicare le restrizioni.
- Privacy: Non possiamo vedere quali app o siti web specifici hai selezionato. Non sappiamo quali app utilizzi, per quanto tempo le utilizzi né la tua cronologia di navigazione web. Tutta la logica di restrizione è gestita dal sistema operativo iOS.
NFC (Near Field Communication)
La nostra app utilizza la tecnologia NFC per bloccare e sbloccare le tue sessioni.
- Utilizzo: Quando scansioni un tag NFC, l’app legge l’identificatore del tag per verificare che corrisponda alla “chiave” che hai configurato.
- Privacy: Questi dati vengono elaborati immediatamente sul dispositivo. Non tracciamo la posizione delle scansioni e non memorizziamo dati NFC al di fuori del tuo dispositivo.
- Conservazione dei dati
Tutte le impostazioni e le preferenze (ad esempio lo stato di “Blocco attivo”, la durata del timer e la configurazione) sono memorizzate localmente sul tuo dispositivo tramite UserDefaults e App Groups sicuri. Questo permette all’app principale e all’estensione di blocco di comunicare tra loro senza che alcun dato lasci mai il tuo telefono.
- Condivisione con terze parti
Poiché non raccogliamo alcun dato, non abbiamo dati da condividere con terze parti.
Non vendiamo dati a inserzionisti o broker di dati.
- Privacy dei minori
La nostra app non raccoglie consapevolmente dati da bambini di età inferiore ai 13 anni (né da altri utenti), in quanto non raccoglie alcun dato. L’app è sicura per l’utilizzo da parte di persone di tutte le età.
